Unbelievable Texture and Taste – Hard To Believe They’re Gluten-Free!

First things first, how was the taste? Absolutely spot on, in a nutshell.

I’ve tried countless gluten-free bagels in my time, and nothing has come close to the ones I recently had the pleasure of trying from The Gluten-Free Bakery!

They strike that ideal balance of density without turning gummy or gritty, as I’ve found with so many GF bread products.

While not an exact gluten-full replica, they come remarkably and satisfyingly close!

Beyond texture, the taste transported me back to lazy Sunday mornings before becoming a coeliac.

Warm, toasty, with that quintessential bready sweetness and incredible aroma – my experience felt nostalgic and comforting.
